"Set across the vast landscape of Salisbury Plain, one of the UK's largest military training areas, this is proper off-road running. "
Come and experience some of Wiltshire's most spectacular trails at the Salisbury Plain Summer Edition.
Set across the vast landscape of Salisbury Plain, one of the UK's largest military training areas, this is proper off-road running.
Expect a mixture of established tracks, byways and hard-packed military roads, with challenging climbs, exposed sections and expansive views across the Wiltshire countryside.
With three distances to choose from, there's something for runners looking to test themselves over longer distances or enjoy a challenging day on the trails.
Summer on Salisbury Plain can bring its own challenges. The exposed landscape offers little shelter, and conditions can vary considerably depending on the weather.
